Little did we know, the witch is a small girl who was a medium that was sentenced to death in 1712, and now she’s back for revenge, and the fairytale is her bedtime story to put her to bed so that she does not cause problems.
The main pointer of postmodernism in "ParaNorman" is the hybrid genre that exists in this film. The genres found are both comedy and horror, which are two totally unique kinds of genres.
